Join the fastest-growing online community supporting neurodivergent adults
Â
It is thought that 10-15% of the population is neurodivergent, which includes conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. Despite this, many neurodivergent employees still face challenges at work causing anxiety and feelings of overwhelm or stress.
Â
The Neurodiversity Network is on a mission to change this...
Â
We know that facing challenges at work can feel like an overwhelming and isolating time, but you are not in this alone. By listening to the lived experiences of our members, we have created guides and resources to help take you from surviving in the workplace to thriving in your career.
Some of the most common challenges we hear include:
â Impostor syndrome i.e. not believing in your capabilities
â Workplace anxiety, which causes the dreaded shame serial
â Burnout due to working long hours to keep on top of tasks
â Feeling overwhelmed due to back-to-back meetings
â Breakdowns in relationships at work due to lack of support
â Judgement and stigma due to a lack of understanding
Â
These challenges can occur at any time, but typically happen when you experience change. Including; transition from education to employment, starting a new role, or experiencing a change in management.
One moment, you seem to be coping (or masking your challenges). The next, your coping strategies fail and you start feeling confused, vulnerable, anxious, angry, or even helpless. You may know that you need help, but you don't know what to ask for - or maybe you have requested support, but your employer isn't listening or reacting quick enough!
Â
What if there was an easier way?
By breaking down these and other common challenges, we can provide practical solutions. These are are easy to implement, without causing further anxiety or overwhelm. Our supportive community is also available to provide advice and guidance based on their experiences.Â
By becoming a member of The Neurodiversity Network you could discover:
â How to apply and use your neurodivergent strengths
â How to effectively ask for support in the workplace
â How to apply for Access to Work (government funding)
â Techniques and support to manage your workload
â  Practical solutions to help maintain focus and complete tasks
Â

Meet Our Founder đ
Â
Claire was diagnosed with dyslexia and dyspraxia in 2011 while studying at University. After facing challenges at work, she is on a mission to make workplaces more neuroinclusive, to improve the experience for other neurodivergent adults who are facing similar barriers and challenges.
"As a student, I received funded support via the Disabled Students Allowance (DSA). However, when I moved into the world of work, this support stopped. With no knowledge of what workplace support was available, I began to face challenges at work. I became anxious and overwhelmed. I felt embarrassed and isolated from colleagues and I dreaded going into work. This resulted in time off with stress."
Does this sound familiar? Let's work together to change your story!
